Moving Images experiment

Procedure:

Draw on a piece of paper a cage and next to it a parrot. Stick the back of the rafts together and rest them on a straw. Spin the straw with your palms and watch the parrot in the cage!!

Explanation:

Our eyes maintain the impression of an image for 1/10 of a second. Thus, images that succeed each other in less than 1/10 of a second are seen at the same time.
